1. What Common Ground is

Common Ground is a political self-assessment tool. It measures your ideology, emotional intensity, cross-aisle animosity, and bridgeability using scenario-based questions. By using this service you agree to these terms.

2. Results are interpretive, not diagnostic

Your scores are generated by a weighted algorithm and are intended for self-reflection purposes only. They are not a clinical assessment, psychological diagnosis, or professional opinion. Do not use your results to make significant life decisions. Common Ground makes no claims about the scientific validity of your individual results.

3. Access and accounts

No account is required. Your results are accessible via a unique session token in your results URL. Keep this URL — it is the only way to access your results. We are not responsible for results that become inaccessible because a token was lost. Sessions expire after 90 days.

4. Purchases

The full report is a one-time purchase. Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation and is tied to your session token. Because digital access is granted instantly, all sales are final. If you experience a technical problem preventing access to your purchased report, contact us at support@commongroundquiz.com and we will make it right.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• —Use automated tools to create sessions or submit quiz answers at scale
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the scoring algorithm
• —Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Common Ground. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.

7. Limitation of liability

Common Ground is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
